Terms of Service

Welcome to Mission Garage. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Rental Eligibility

  • Renters must be at least 25 years old to rent a vehicle.

  • A valid driver’s license (issued at least one year before the rental date) is required.

  • An active credit card is required for security deposits and rental payments.

  • International renters must provide a passport and, if required, an International Driver’s Permit (IDP).

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • A security deposit is held on the renter’s credit card and will be released after the vehicle is returned in its original condition.

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). No cash or prepaid cards are accepted for deposits.

  • Prices listed include base rental rates but exclude taxes, insurance, and additional service fees.

3. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

  • No off-road driving, racing, towing, or reckless driving is allowed.

  • Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition as received.

  • The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

  • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the vehicle. A cleaning fee of $250 will apply for violations.

  • Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted (additional fees may apply).

4. Fuel & Mileage Policy

  • All rentals come with a full tank of gas and must be returned full. Otherwise, a refueling charge will apply.

  • Rentals include 200 miles per day. Additional miles will be charged at $0.35 per mile for standard vehicles and $0.50 per mile for luxury/sports cars.

  • Unlimited mileage packages may be available upon request.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • The renter must carry valid auto insurance that covers rental vehicles.

  • We offer additional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Liability Insurance for extra protection.

  • In case of an accident, theft, or damage, the renter must report it immediately and provide a police report.

  • The renter is responsible for all damages, unless covered by the renter’s insurance or CDW.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund, minus a processing fee of $25.

  • Less than 48 Hours Notice: A 50% refund of the total rental cost.

  • No-Shows: No refunds will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Late Returns & Early Drop-Offs

  • Late returns beyond 1 hour will be charged an extra full-day rental fee.

  • Early drop-offs will not result in a refund or discount.

8. Breakdown & Roadside Assistance

  • All rentals come with 24/7 roadside assistance for mechanical issues.

  • If a vehicle becomes inoperable due to a mechanical failure, a replacement vehicle will be provided.

  • The renter is responsible for towing and recovery costs due to improper use.

9. Termination of Rental

Mission Garage reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without a refund if:

  • The renter violates any terms listed above.

  • The vehicle is used for illegal activities or reckless driving.

  • The renter provides false information during booking.
